Head Coach | NPSL Team

Coach Hanna has a proven track record of success and player development. In his first season as the NPSL Head Coach, the Reds were crowned Mid-Atlantic Conference Champions and made an appearance in the East Region Semi-Final. He was named the Mid-Atlantic Coach of the Year. Hanna also holds the titles of ASA's youth MLS NEXT Technical Director, Futsal ID Director, and head coach of the 2007 & 2008 MLS Next teams.

Head Coach | UPSL Team

In addition to his years of coaching soccer, Coach Matt has a background in strength training, recovery and injury prevention. He was named the UPSL DMV South Coach of the Season (Fall 22’) after leading the group to an undefeated regular season and making a conference finals appearance. In addition to coaching the Men’s team, he also runs strength and agility sessions for high school students and coaches in ASA's Academy, Junior Academy and Futsal ID programs.

General Manager

Leland joined ASA in the summer of 2022. Before ASA, he was a co-owner and president of UPSL team, FC 1749. In his short time with the club, the Reds have been crowned NPSL Mid-Atlantic Champions and UPSL DMV South Regular Season Champions. He enjoys overseeing gold-standard facilities and providing a top-level environment for the players, staff and fans.

Program Administrator

Nick brings a wealth of event and game day operations experience to the team. He’s done everything from announce games, to keep stats, to oversee full experience setup. He has experience supporting NCAA conference championships, Sweet 16/Elite 8 basketball play, and worked with DC United’s U23 operations team when they hosted Southampton's first team. Nick helps things run smoothly for each WPSL and NPSL home match!
